The Manufacturer's Cup was held in CV Speedway last January and Team XRAY came out in almost full force with all the team's drivers present. Taking off from where he left off last season, Team XRAY Driver Daniel Sarmiento once again was unstoppable. From the start of qualifying his pace was certainly a cut above the rest. Being the only driver to score 16 laps in qualifying throughout the day, the XB9 was poised to demolish the competition.
From the multiple final bump up format, 3 XRAY drivers managed to make it into the A-main with Daniel Sarmiento in pole position. Within the first pit stop, Daniel was ahead by almost half a lap against the rest of the field. And with the car durable throughout the 45 minute mains, Daniel bagged the win an impressive 5 laps over the 2nd place finisher.
